One of the world's largest natural gas projects. Planned and scheduled 50+ vessels from international and domestic ports to the remote Barrow Island construction site. Developed Strategic Plan for the Supply Chain group. In the first 60 days, designed an accelerated delivery schedule and right-sizing scenario with projected savings of over $600M using Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma methodology.

Developed rotor wing service plans for 28 Forward Operating Bases. Established ISO-9001 airline oversight system. Combat logistics officer for Task Force Papa Bear (RCT-1), 1st Marine Regiment (Reinforced). Managed supply chains, equipment readiness, and logistics under fire during the liberation of Kuwait. The Marines drove 100 miles in 100 hours, defeated seven Iraqi divisions, destroyed 1,040 tanks, and took 22,308 prisoners. General Schwarzkopf praised the breaching operation as "a classic, absolutely classic, military breaching."
