One of the world's largest natural gas projects. Planned and scheduled 50+ vessels from international and domestic ports to the remote Barrow Island construction site. In the first 60 days, designed an accelerated delivery schedule and right-sizing scenario with projected savings of over $600M using Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma methodology.
